Service records, including the name and contact details of clients and notes about watches serviced, are retained for a period of five years from the date of service. This allows us to maintain accurate service histories and respond to follow-up queries. Enquiry data that did not result in a service booking is deleted after twelve months. Website analytics data is retained in anonymised form indefinitely.

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal data we hold. Measures include:
