What Sets Us Apart

Deliberate Specialisation
We offer three services. Not twenty. This focus allows us to develop genuine depth in each area rather than spreading attention across every category of repair.
Restraint as a Practice
We do not carry out work that is not needed. If a watch comes in for cleaning and the escapement is functioning well, we do not adjust it. This is unusual in a commercial context — but it is how we work.
Documented Service History
Each service generates a written record — what was inspected, what was done, and what was noted but not acted upon. This document belongs to you and stays with the watch's history.
In-Person Drop-off and Collection
For KL-based owners, direct drop-off at our Bukit Bintang workshop means your watch does not pass through multiple hands before it reaches us. We receive it from you directly.
